UPDATE: Disappointed with the owners response to this review. Lots of excuses and missing the point all together. If a mistake is made, don't you think you should offer to bring the dog back in to fix it? I'm not surprised there are so many negative reviews specifically about the owner. Original review: The price is premium but the service is hit or miss. Some of the groomers are courteous and answer questions. Others drag your dog by the leash and are annoyed when questions are asked. Because they boast a superior experience compared to the average groomer, I was expecting some consultation as a new dog owner. I asked 'what hair cuts do you offer for doodles?' The response was 'You just need to tell me what you want.' Just not what I expected. That all aside, the hair cut is crooked (see picture). I'm sure they'll offer to fix it, but I'd prefer it was just done right first time. This is what I'd expect from PetSmart, not a boutique business.

Been taking my dogs there for a very long time, always had good service,even though the prices were a little high. But the last couple of times was not happy with the service. Will charge extra handling fee , because my dog keeps laying down, so it takes 2 groomer to keep him up. My dog is 30 lbs and is old. Cost at the end was 144.00 with tip, my son's paid, he said he didn't want too, but they did do a service.
