Everyone's mental, emotional and physical health is affected by unresolved issues. 95% of our actions, reactions and functions are subconscious habits, and the other 5% is consciously thought. This includes habits that don’t serve us. My clients, who feel overwhelmed and stuck, have used executive coaching and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to remove these internal blocks. They can move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to clarity and freedom by working with me to challenge their beliefs and behave in different ways. anxiety, stress, and overwhelm can be treated with EFT.
