Refine Wellness is dedicated to delivering the best quality available. Its recovery framework is set in a spa-like environment. We offer fifteen minutes between each treatment to help reduce the feeling of "rushed". This allows our therapist to spend a little extra time discussing any concerns before beginning the treatment itself. It may help relax and soothe muscles or allow the therapist to perform deeper work.
