About this business

Safety Training Company: Alberta Safety Council For over 65 years, we at the Alberta Safety Council have been committed to helping Albertans live safely in all aspects of their lives. Our program has always been comprehensive. Initially, we were focused on rural and farm safety, but in the 1960s, we expanded to include transportation safety and safety for children. By 1970, WHS had been established, and the rest is history. The Alberta Safety Council is a non-governmental, not-for profit organization with a mission to make Alberta safer. The only program that offers education and safety training for Albertans aged 3 to 93 years, our "cradle-to-grave" approach is unique. Our goal is to prevent injuries through education and high-quality programs that promote a safety mindset among children and adults. Businesses look to us to help them protect their most valuable assets: their people. Although our programs have changed over the years, our commitment to making Alberta a safer place to live, work, and play has never wavered.
