Water Works Bathroom Renovations

Arriving back home from 3 weeks away, we found water had leaked through the main floor ceiling from our upstairs ensuite. We had a choice to repair the existing plumbing or use this opportunity to replace our one piece fiber glass tub shower surround with a walk in shower. After doing a great deal of research, we could not find any installer who would replace it with fiber glass walk in shower. We researched bathroom renovation firms and found two who were qualified to do the job, but either did not return our contact request or did not offer finishes we were interested in. I tried one more company contact request to Water Works. Warren provided an immediate response, with a detailed quotation attached. After a few questions, we arranged to pop into Water Works Edmonton showroom to see if we could find an acceptable solution. Warren and Tanis made us feel at home, immediately answering all our questions and updating the quote as we picked out components that we liked. As they handed the quote to us, they advised that they would be able to do the work before Christmas and provide a 5 year warranty on labour and materials. Tanis even managed to solve an unrelated plumbing part issue for us. We were sold. Corey was out to do measurements shortly thereafter and a week later Tanis confirmed all materials were in stock and provided a start date and schedule. On the advised date, Corey showed up and introduced Case, who would be carrying out the installation. Both wore masks at our request. Finish protection was installed and removed after cleaning was done each day. Materials were neatly stored and all demolition materials were placed in a disposal bag for later pickup. 4 days later, all work, including repairs to the damaged main floor ceiling was complete, except for the sliding shower door, which would be installed the following week. In the end, we are exceptionally pleased with the services of the Water Works team and the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone looking for quality work and workers for a bathroom renovation project.
