This quick responsiveness allowed us to make an appointment quickly. I was filled with the pleasant surprise of how quick he was able to get to my house. In less than two hours already on site. His work is worth recommending, he fit an anode rod to my heater without hesitation and no one could tell it was ever damaged. Wei is also very generous. He found that our family did not have water and waved other jobs to help us get it. This is a sign of putting the customer first. I saved more than $500. His flexibility on time also allows me to call him on weekdays at my most convenient time for plumbing repair at my rental place. The loyalty of hiring him twice is worth it.
