Feedback collection: 1. Lost shingles last week due to high winds. Weatherproof responded promptly and gave us a quote while 2 other companies never showed up. The communication was excellent, and I am grateful for their expertise, friendliness, and efficiency in the repair process. Matthew, Kelton, and the 2 men who did the heavy lifting are all worthy of special mention. They are a trustworthy company as they managed the repairs within 2 days even during a cold spell. Will tell others and may consider them when my roof reaches the end of its life.2. Roof was damaged by bad wind's and we called and got the same day as a call, the estimated next morning and following day the repairs were done before the weather turned bad again, excellent to deal with and professional installation.. thanks again, glen3. The warm and professional response to our call immediately calmed and reassured (it was our first leak). Smooth service as they came to assess the damage next day, provided a comprehensive quote within 24 hours (which broke down the “must do” and “nice-to-have” recommendations to match a budget, complete with photos supporting the work), and completed everything (repair work and repairs) they committed to so far, less than a week after the quote! With the crew being professional and the cleanup being fantastic, I would recommend Weatherproof to anyone! 4. Joe, Nazrii and Tejinder the repair team, were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My wife and I had been calling around all over the city to get different repair companies to come and look at our issue, but it was Weatherproof that finally listened to our problem and stepped up to the plate. A couple of companies did have a look at the issue but never followed up with us as they stated that the season is very busy now with winter approaching. When Matt came to look at our issue, he took the time to access our roof, took many photos, and sent us a file showing the photos and what needed to be fixed. Not once did we feel pressured into going with Weatherproof. After we decided to proceed, a date was set for a week to do the repairs.
