Reliable I loved my time in the visual arts world, but that role wasn't it for me. I needed a much brighter vision for myself and my next job. I felt stuck. I discovered personal development programs which became a dream come true. Human potential and personal growth research became my passion and I knew I needed to switch gears again. I immersed myself in personal development study and paid to become a coach. That was over twenty years back. This experience continues to be a much-welcomed challenge and reward. I do some individual coaching and run wellness programs for various audiences. I also run programs for the government, companies, and the public sector. I facilitate social-emotional learning for both children and their families as well as arts and wellness programs for all ages. I have encouraged over a hundred people from all walks of life to make positive, noteworthy changes in their lives.
