1. Not my first time using First Call. They replaced my old furnace and checked my existing A/C. This time, the old hot water heater needed to be replaced. As an added bonus, the plumber also checked my sump pump and showed me how I could do it at no extra charge! The installers showed up on time, used tarps to protect my home, and afterwards, they explained what they had done. I also like the fact that First Call is involved in local community events. They give back to the community whenever possible. Highly recommended.

From the quote to installation to routine servicing, everyone from First Call has been thorough, meticulous, and thoughtful from start to finish. Can’t recommend First Call enough and I hope they’ll choose to do service and warranty work on Devon soon so that I can continue to work with them in my new home.
