ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

It all began back in 1995 when we took on the task of updating the old Calder Library on 127th Street in Edmonton to create a clinic and hair salon. It quickly became obvious that as an RN and an esthetician, Becky was a natural at beauty treatments and pampering clients. Becky quickly realized she needed to hire and train other estheticians as the location grew in popularity. We were in this location for ten years before External Affairs outgrew the space. Our reputation had grown, and we were busy enough to need a second building to keep up with the demand (External Affairs Medical Spa - St. Albert, n.d.). The growth of the clinic has been staggering, and we are proud to set up our second clinic in St. Albert in 2005. The clinic is located in the iconic St. Albert Trail building, and the architecture is breathtaking. The clinic features both retail and treatment areas, and we loved the open floor plan and the fact that it had natural light on three sides (External Affairs Medical Spa - St. Albert, n.d.). We decided that in 2022, it was time for us to spread our wings even more and sent up shop in Kelowna, BC. The clinic is modern-looking and beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better as it’s in a neighborhood right by the waterfront (External Affairs Medical Spa - St. Albert, n.d.).
