Feedback: Good service so far. The storage unit is a decent size and they have many carts for customers to use to access their items in storage. The only cons are the access times and the lack of on-site garbage's. Not even on-site recycling, which is a bit of a pain. Overall good experience so far. The place is very clean, organized, and has great amenities. From the initial negotiations, the contract, and its use, everything was very clear and objective. The security and access control systems seem quite robust. Excellent value. The clerk at the front desk was able to get me a better rate than over the phone, and it came out to a great deal for a 7.5ft by 5 with their month off. The security system is also very notable. Aall units are alarmed, and that alarm only turns off after you key into the facility, along with daily security tours. Excellent choice for a self storage location. Best self storage business EVER! We’ve dealt with a few companies and this company has quite honestly been the best to deal with on all levels. From accessibility, top notch facilities, excellent hand carts and kind, supportive customer service, I won’t go anywhere else. We’ve had a superb experience and have recommended and will continue to recommended this company to everyone! Thanks to the entire team for all you do! An amazing storage facility!! Customer service and support are top notch! I appreciated all of their help when switching one of my units into my ex-husband’s name so he could take over and continue renting. Super clean and very helpful we only ended the contract with our other unit as we used it temporarily while waiting to move into our new home.
