During my university studies, I was first introduced to the benefits of massage. Following some practice, I took an introductory Swedish massage class that I enjoyed. I then went on to earn a 700-hour spa certificate. The holistic program required me to have practical experience working in spa settings. I gained a strong foundation in anatomy/physiology as well as professional business and management skills. Following my Honours degree, I worked as a therapist in a clinic, spa, or with a mobile chair massager. My business is still centered on working independently, but I'm committed to continuous learning. My main areas of activity as a traveling massage practitioner are Toronto and Vancouver. After spending 2 years living in New Westminster BC, my most recent work was in Toronto's Annex and Cabbagetown. Although I miss Toronto, Vancouver is home since 2021. I've been to Costa Rica several times and plan to go back for more. You will likely be returning to Toronto someday.
