Art of Sauna is the perfect spa stop for people seeking a unique type of relaxation experience. We have a one-of-a-kind choice of 8 thermal rooms, with 4 wet and 4 dry areas. Every time you come in, you will experience all of the 8 rooms. You pick how many to try. We have exclusive areas of heat, aromatherapy, and minerals to help you ease. You feel your body and mind getting relieved as you advance through the experience. Make sure to keep hydrated during the treatment and cool down progressively. For the two hours before you get your treatment, you get to use the areas to relax. After therapy, we do not want you to use sauna/steam room areas due to sanitary reasons. Our Registered Massage Therapist has several services open to assist you with any health or wellness questions. We are unable to offer direct billing. Please verify your insurance benefits with your employer before making any appointments.
