Client reviews as summarized by; FIX AUTO BURABY SOUTH:1. Thanks to the team for bringing my car back to life. The work was done very professionally.2. They have been so helpful to me twice now with my Tesla and the service is great!3. Awesome team. I will come back here every single time I need any body work done - and have sent a few people over also. I hope I don’t need to go back, but if I do, I’m using them. Thanks to the whole team at Fix Auto Burnaby.4. Extraordinary service! Could not recommend this place enough. From the excellent treatment from their Receptionist to the overall feel of my car looking just like I first bought it. (I noticed they even did a bit of detailing ) The first icbc claim jitters disappeared once I received my car back in record time. Amazing work at this location! They even provided a courtesy car to experience while I awaited for my car to be fixed.5. NOT RECOMMENDED We brought our car in to have the LEFT SIDE repaired, but when we got the car back, we found that a button on the front passenger seat adjustment control on the RIGHT SIDE was broken. No one informed us about it. Also there were some bubbles underneath the protective film, so we had to bring the car back another time. Very frustrating and a complete waste of our time.6. These guys are ace. They gave me a courtesy worked perfectly. They did an amazing job of repairing my CRV. The reception was super friendly, the body guy even helped me install my camera for free. They even worked on the panel on the opposite side of the damage. My car looks brand new. Highly recommend them.7. Excellent workmanship on my 2018 Honda Odyssey (see before and after pics). Friendly staff, working around the heavily customized van, and I was kept up to date of the progress or any issues encountered during the repair.8. Thank you to Jag and his entire team for their awesome service including Rashneet, Sameer, and Gurjot. I was impressed by their great attention to detail, quick service and professionalism too. Plus the courtesy car service and car cleaning were a bonus on top of the repair service. My whole family uses this repair shop, and I would 100% recommend this shop to one and all!9. Amazing service and great management. Went to repair my Tesla Model Y for a damaged door. Not only the whole process was incredibly smooth, I couldn't recognize my own car when I went for pickup - It was that great. The team went above and beyond to fix the car and deliver in the best condition possible. Also, not to mention, they gave me courtesy car for free!!!!
