He arrived on time, was courteous during our conversation, and then he promptly cleared the drain. He also tested my toilet in the basement bathroom to make sure it was working. As he was about to start, the toilet started working on its own. Although there was no issue, he still let me know what causes toilet clogging and asked me to call if there were any more issues. It was an A+ experience! Adam later replaced my two, old, faulty toilets with non-dual flush toilets. He explained that dual flush toilets might give us issues, so it is better to avoid them. The normal ones he installed operate in two modes. Your flush is light if you flush for two to three seconds by pressing the handle. However, you can get a stronger flush by holding it for 4 to 5 seconds. It is a clean and straightforward solution with no stress. Best plumber!
