The facility is always clean, there are no bugs, and the temperature is always kept steady. We appreciate having 24/7 access to our unit - and theres never been a safety issue if we decide to come at night. The staff are absolutely wonderful, professional, and super friendly! I have been wanting to write this review for a while now, and I must say how professional, polite, and kind Sue and Mary were in my interactions with them. They went above and beyond to assist me, including staying late because I had been stuck in traffic and could not make it before closing. I have since vacated the storage unit I rented, but I wholeheartedly suggest Self Storage Depot in Bby and their outstanding staff Sue and Mary. Sincerely Tracey D 7. Horrible, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I just moved and my mother in law has been super helpful with buying me boxes to pack. She always had a funny story about visiting the Storage Center in North Vancouver. They’d carry the boxes to her car and give her free tape, she even went with my kids and they wanted to give the kids bubble wrap to play with, etc. So when I needed more boxes I was excited to go to the Storage center near me, the one in Burnaby. It was not a good experience. It was the day before we moved and I needed a couple extra boxes to finish up the last of the odds and ends I had. I showed up right at opening because I needed to get to school to finish up marking papers. The debit machines were down so I waited. After talking with the 2 employees that were there for a bit, they were very helpful and seemed to really want to help me out.... but then the manager came. I was the only customer in the store, and he had to walk right past me to get to wherever he was going, and he didn’t even look at me. The employees had to get his attention to me and my inquiry around boxes, and he was so rude. He had no desire at all to help me. It was really sad.
