The Relationship Coach/Lara Gregory Coaching

A decade or more ago, my coaching path began, and it is still a lifelong journey of transformation in all areas of my life and work. A break up was what encouraged me to begin this work. Along the way, my entire life was shaken by that event. All areas of my work, family, health, and relationships were affected, including my sense of self and passion within. It kept getting worse and worse, and at the time, I felt as though I was living in a lot of suffering and then becoming numb. It seemed like a strong urge to get out of the habit of living in this state. I was sickly and tired, hiding from people, tuning out, coasting along half-conscious, making choices that sustained this decline and left me feeling utterly confused as to how I got here. One little voice whispered, "This CANNOT be everything there is to life." From whisper to request. Please, guide my Heart toward Wholeness, Love, and Harmony, my Spirit toward Connection and Play. These topics kept appearing. It felt wrong to believe my life would consist of work, eat, workout, sleep, and repeat. I wanted to believe in pleasure and pleasure, success in my career/ business, and my health was thriving. That is my definition.
