Customer Reviews Summary: Quick response—wonderful! Leaking outside faucet issues were fixed by Jordan, who did an awesome job. He was on time, did a wonderful job, and we would have him and IPH assist us anytime we need help. The servicing that was prescribed for my AC Unit today was very thorough and the best I've had in a few years. I believe I made the right decision to return to IPH for the servicing of my units. He was thorough in his assessment of the problem, and my family and I appreciate it. We turned the heater on last week, and it wouldn't work; just a hum from the fan. Also, the 4 A/C Units have never been serviced since they were installed 4 years ago Extremely friendly, efficient, and professional! Jess was amazing! The 4th year I had service and it was great! The professional told me what is done the service in the furnace and filter. Finally, when I wasn’t sure where to turn IPH is always willing to help in any way possible. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am very appreciative of how polite and knowledgeable the staff have always been. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. Jessica service was very kind and helpful. I think she provided good advice. Jess was very professional and easy to talk to all the time. Awesome service, hope we get the same service for the heating system. It was great to talk to Dan very knowledgeable and honest with costs and repairs. Ryan was excellent and the issue is resolved.
