Excellent service from Will. He explained things as he was going along and took the time to make sure everything was running the way it should be. He also made sure I received the seniors rate today. Great service, excellent staff who always put my mind at ease. Thank you! Very good experience, much more reasonable pricing than we’d gotten quoted elsewhere, good communication, everything was easy and straightforward. People showed up when they said they would, installation was clean and looks professional. I am very impressed with and highly recommend Rapid Cool. Tyson replaced a toilet for me , checked my furnace and answered all my questions. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. Peter Hrychiw was patience, very knowledgeable of his trade and explained our problem with our moen smart flo device clearly. We trust him to serve us in the future.
