Some customers complain that their experience with this service provider is awful (terrible). The individual entitled with the ownership never addressed the questions asked of them in time regarding pricing. One client received services the first day and was denied services the second week, and the workers would go on strike any moment. Moreover, the second order was double the work done on the first order. The client was charged with $1022.00 for 680 printed documents, which was not clear. The client had to email the company inquiring about how the money was arrived at, but luckily, the owner was not present, and an employee had to check the records and confirm the actual price charged. This made it difficult for the client to access detailed information about the costs of the services rendered.
