Customer Feedback Summary: We had an order come in last minute, Lisa and the team took excellent care of us. She was patient, understanding, and delivered everything on time. Highly recommend! We recently had some wedding stationery printed here and the service was fantastic. Great quality, and fast turnaround. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. Our daughter recently experienced a crisis when trying to print a last-minute university project...and our printer refused to cooperate. In an effort to help, I called Kelowna Instaprint and spoke to Janice. She said they were quite busy, but given the circumstances and that is was just a small print job, she would sneak it into the cue right away. Meltdown averted! Janice was very helpful, extremely pleasant to deal with and even mentioned the value in helping our kids to succeed. Customer service like this is a rarity these days. Major kudos! Excellent quality, fair prices, and unbeatable customer service! The team at Kelowna InstaPrint are fantastic to work with and have gone above and beyond to meet tight deadlines. Cannot say enough good things about them! When I needed business cards printed urgently, they were incredibly responsive and got the job done in less than two hours, while other places were quoting days. I can't recommend Lisa and her team at this printing business enough! Their efficiency and helpfulness were top-notch. I'm thrilled with the service and will definitely be returning as a loyal customer!
