Orchard Smiles Dentistry Feedback: This clinic is excellent, as they managed to get me in the next day and were extremely fast and efficient. I can't recommend them enough! The staff is amazing, very kind, and friendly. If you don't have coverage, their pricing is very reasonable, which I was super impressed with. A great experience overall. Excellent service, highly recommended and trustworthy. Our family of 4 has been coming to the office since November 2023. I appreciate how intentional Drs. Ramsey and Romey are in treating their patients and sticking to their core values. They have become the Gentle Giants of Kelowna. But what I love the most is how EACH & EVERYONE of them greet my family with a warm welcome on earth. I also want to say thanks to Michelle, Jesse, Sab, Glare, Brooke, and the rest of the team. You all rock! Shoutout to my first ever friendly and consistently helpful go-to-person, Megan. We have voluntarily encouraged and referred you to our family and friends who are now your satisfied clients, and will continue to do so. More blessings to Orchard Smiles!!! :) I am someone who has extreme anxiety about visiting the dentist. I had an amazing experience from my first phone call to schedule an appointment, which made me feel at ease and my anxiety significantly decreased. Overall a fabulous experience at In Office. I highly recommend this office. Every staff member was phenomenal. When I walk into your office, I feel like family. The friendliest team I have ever seen (I've seen over 20 dentists all over the world). Highly recommended for the whole family. Everyone is excellent, and the dentists are not like used car salespeople; they work to solve the problem's root causes. Brooke was helping me get my braces on for my orthodontic work, and she did a fantastic job. She is a quick learner and such a lovely person! She made the process so much fun and very personal. I applaud Orchard Smiles Endeavour to have an employee like Brooke. Holly was fantastic! I could hardly believe my experience was enjoyable. Your staff is amazing! Megan, you have a good team here!
