Review Highlights for Lindsay Kenney LLP - Langley:1. I hired Scott and Ashley to guide me through an estate setup. Both were attentive, knowledgeable, and timely in their responses. I had a great experience.2. However, I had mixed feelings about the firm. I enjoyed the initial communication when I contacted them for a Form 1 review for the family. It made me feel confident to proceed after the retainer was paid. However, communication changed. It required follow-ups over the next few months to establish the file status. We had to confirm if the firm needed more info from us. Throughout the case, we had ongoing communication hitches. It promised to share a draft, but it never happened. The follow-up emails often went without response, and phone calls were not promptly returned. There was a mix-up for an in-person meeting, which was scheduled yet the family is on the East Coast. Our confidence in firm understanding our case fully was shattered after another attorney rushed to provide written feedback. The document contained numerous factual errors, some of which repeatedly confused family members' names and relationships. This led to a partial refund after disputing billing, but it was not the result we expected. What upset us most was the experience of the entire case. A stressful family estate-related experience made it worse (1). Our family would not hire this team again.3. Friends have worked with these guys and they have done fantastic jobs for them!5. Timothy was great to us, I will be going back for any legal needs!6. Timothy was great and able to help with all my legal needs!7. Expensive. 1 form prep (unfiled) is over 3k. Standard things you can lookup easily.8. We’ve had a really positive experience with LK Law. Finally got an appointment due to a fantastic assistant. 20 min waiting in the reception after scheduled appointment. Waste of my time.11. A big thanks to the lawyers and professional staff at LK Law who I hired to create a complex partnership agreement! My partners and I had highly rated lawyers from 2 outside firms review this work. We were told, the document created for us met a very high standard. I will continue to make my legal inquiries through this firm.12. Not the best. Find a better lawyer13. Went to speak regarding hubby's ICBC injuries. I point out several errors in the docu-sign contract his "most experienced" little helper has set up. What a joke, can't make a contract and you're a lawyer?? I recommend not going here unless you want this type of sub-par service.14. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient and effective - all words to describe LK Law partner Paul Kennedy. Highly recommended.15. Its been really nice working with parminder tung ,very professional and helpful,always there for legal advise . staff is very nice ,responds very quickly if you have any query. very helpful ,very good experience .
