What should have been a straightforward process - seeking independent legal advice on two matters - turned into a frustrating ordeal. There was constant back-and-forth about pricing, with different quotes given at different times. Even more concerning, a quoted price was not honored close to the deadline, and the terms were suddenly changed. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. On top of that, the communication was unprofessional. My partner found Jagdish to be unkind and difficult to deal with over the phone, which made the situation even worse. The only positive aspect of the experience was Kelsey at reception, who was consistently professional and courteous despite the stress that Jagdish was causing.
