Feedback for HUB International: 1. Kind agent, gave options, lost paperwork found and printed. Making how many years for my insurance, a customer satisfaction it is. 2. Amazingly professional staff helpful to renew my car insurance. 3. Amandeep thank you for your great service 4. Viktoria was quick professional and very polite in renewing my insurance policy for me. 5. NEVER again. They are a mortgage broker and are supposed to get good insurance offers comparing multiple providers, instead for my home insurance renewal they came back to me with only the same insurance provider with 3x the current premium for absolutely no reason. They did not assess any other competitors and just wanted to make 3x lazy money without doing any work. They quietly tried to auto renew without any explanation for 3x premium. I got my insurance from another broker for 3x less ! They also will operate like an outdated 1970s company where you have to tell all details over the phone and back and forth emails. So they refuse to make it easier for you and won't invest in simple technology like an online form to cut costs. Further, they are a perfect illustration of the level of corruption in the insurance industry with full terms of insurance available only AFTER you make the payments. 6. Quick and helpful 7. Stacey was friendly, funny, and professional in helping me with auto insurance. Thanks for the great service! 8. Stacey was very kind, thorough, and personable in the office. I would recommend her to others! 9. Harpreet Mehta, wasted my time and provided wrong information for a simple ICBC transaction. I had to go somewhere else for help. Management need to look into it. 10. Amandeep was very professional and kind. 11. Farah kept me informed during the whole process of getting my policy set up. Great customer service. 12. I was given the wrong information on optional coverages Before I paid, I asked about my ICBC policy ending in September, she claimed it would be “extended” to next May. When I pointed this out, she tried to blame me and made excuses instead of admitting her mistake. I do not recommend this place. 13. Farah was paitent, thurough, and insightful in helping us transfer registration on a privately purchased vehicle. 14. Impatient and rushed the process 15.
