Even then, the order was not shipped on Jan 20, shipped on Jan 21, and delivered Jan 22. Calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and Dustin and Chris provided misleading shipping information. They've always been prompt to respond to questions from me and my staff. Last week I needed a color laser printer and instead of spending hours on internet research to find the right one I just called Imperial and in 2 minutes Dustin qualified what I needed and had the right one the way.
