I have a best experience in staples in maple ridge. Thanks to Carl and Sharleen for best customer service. DO NOT GET YOUR PRINTING NEEDS DONE HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’m not usually one for negative reviews but I have given this Staples, and Staples in general, a few chances to redeem themselves and have not taken the opportunity. I have sent in multiple work documents to be printed (regular and specialty - flyers etc) and the last three times they have messed up the order, printed on wrong paper and thought I wouldn’t notice, and have delayed my order and said it’s their backend etc. If you want your documents printed with a company who cares about the end result do not go to staples. 8. I like to give a shout out to Kai Koroush Karimi who was excellent in his sales and service he helped me buy a new iPad and was able to install everything from the old one. He was polite and well versed in how to use the iPad. Again thank you Kai for you patience and understanding. Jean 9.
