About this business

Churchill Christopher G was born in St. John's Newfoundland; his father was a soldier in the Royal Canadian Air Force. He was stationed at the Comox B.C. airbase in 1967, and Chris Churchill was born in the Comox Valley. He finished high school at George P. Vanier. He was then employed as a pulp-and-paper employee. He went to the University of Victoria after sailing around the South Pacific; a Bachelor of Science degree. He studied in Central America and then received his Dalhousie University law degree in 1992. He is now a practicing criminal defense lawyer in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Churchill has admitted the British Columbia Bar early 1994. He started as an associate attorney at MacIsaac and Company in Nanaimo. He remains a solo practitioner in the same position. Churchill has practiced criminal defense since he became a lawyer. He passionately defends and respects people's rights throughout his legal career. He has a good standing in the profession and with Crown Counsel and the Courts. A criminal investigation can be very stressful. A prudent decision is to contact a criminal lawyer for legal help and information. If a Police officer thinks that criminal charges are warranted, criminal code charges may be laid against you. If necessary, a court appearance will be arranged, and you will usually be given police release. In addition, you may receive an administrative driving prohibition (A.D.P.); this order will take effect 21 calendar days after the day of service. A charge of impaired driving, being a driver under 18 while impaired, or driving without a valid driver's license has severe punishment. If found guilty, you will face a $500 minimum fine and possess a criminal record. Your B.C. driver's license could be taken from you.
