Customer feedback summary: 1. I had a terrible experience with the photo lab. I was in need of passport photos. They ended up taking the pictures three times, and none of them were acceptable. The pictures did not resemble me at all, as my skin tone was altered, and they gave me a different hair color. The photos were of poor quality. Also, the time I waited was unreasonable. They redid the photos the next day, but they were still below standard. However, they refunded the money the next day when I returned to express my dissatisfaction. The next day, I went to Rosewood Photography for the passport pictures, and they were of high quality, natural, and professional. Would not recommend. 2. The person in charge there is extremely rude and the shop is incredibly overpriced. grumpy old man! 3. I was looking for a print shop to get a job done quickly and conveniently, not on the outskirts of the city and this place was very convenient; I could quickly and easily get what I needed, without 10 customers in line (unlike Staples). I will use this location for all of my printing needs in the future. 4. My printer broke the first week of school, and it was urgent. I could have gone to a chain store, but I always prefer to support local businesses. I needed the image printed 40 times on yellow construction paper. I provided the paper. The final bill was $23, of which $5 was for cutting. It would have been nice to know that cost beforehand. 11. I communicated with Yasha through email and worked on few unusual plotting tasks. The drawings I had were big, 36 inches wide, and 200 inches long. They used OneDrive as the drawings were too large. The results were what I wanted and how I expected them to be. The plotting was well organized and done on time.
