Citadel Roofing & Waterproofing LTD. customer feedback review: Citadel Roofing & Waterproofing LTD. was used in the Summer of 2025 for a commercial flat roof project. We had several different trades in at the same time and found them very professional. The pricing and workmanship were well within expectations. The office staff and work crews were very good at communicating the progress of the job and any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner.  A minor error was made on the invoice which was corrected quickly. One more thing they did well was that they worked well with the other trades we had in at the same time.  We had no production downtimes due to conflicts among the tradespeople. We would definitely recommend Citadel to others and will use them on our next roof. The only negative was that they were more expensive than other companies that we had quote the job but we believe that their skills were worth the extra amount. Thank you again.
