I liked everything in the product but Ben was patient and transparent. Great. Like the windows themselves, Eugene has great customer service, and was very informative and honest. It was easy to understand the process and available options with Vitaliy Manoylenko’s expert help. Yurri & his team did a great job on our window install. The work was of high quality. They were nice guys who took pride in being clean and organized. The whole process was good, right from Vitaly, our sales guy, to Yurri and the rest of the people we dealt with at Ecoline. Morris was very educated on his products and his explanation made it easy to make the decision. Selecting the best option was easy for me. Eugene has an excellent costumer service skill with such professional experience. We are happy before get our window. Eugene has excellent customer service and experience. We were happy before getting our window. I was surprised and wowed by the excellent and good explanation option. The window looks fantastic. I have a mom who has severe ocd and a child who is very much all over mum. So as a daughter in a shared household and mum of kids at home, Morris made it a breeze, answered all things, and gave the patience when I needed to step away to deal with my toddler. Hands down the best customer service in a long time!!!! (That’s coming with a family of sales reps) Eugene was great, his communication was exceptional. The process was easy to understand, and he had helpful suggestions. My whole experience was stress-free, and I would gladly recommend working with him.
