Feedback from Customers: I have engaged Frank Ju and his Firm in Richmond twice, once for a complex corporate issue and again for a personal matter. On both occasions, it was an excellent experience. Frank is incredibly sharp and direct, saving a lot of time by cutting directly to the core of the problem. His attention to detail is amazing – he doesn’t miss anything. More importantly, he is extremely transparent and honest, providing realistic expectations and clear opinions throughout the entire period. If you need a lawyer who is very knowledgeable and truly has your best interests at heart, I cannot recommend him enough. Frank Ju is a busy lawyer, but he always seems to put forth his best effort to help his clients. His professional knowledge is very good, and he is definitely worth seeing. Communication during the consultation was not easy, which made it difficult for the lawyer to comprehend my legal needs. As a result, I did not receive practical or constructive advice that could push my case forward (particularly "appropriate" was not well-supported by the evidence). Most of the feedback focused on simpler matters with a higher probability of success, while more complex or critical issues were not addressed in detail. However, the consultation was satisfactory. Frank Ju always does his best to help me get the best possible outcome for myself, and he always goes the extra mile for his clients.
