Chad and his team were amazing in answering all of my many questions and concerns. They always got back to me promptly with specifics that were relevant to my situation. Buying a house for the first time, especially in such unique circumstances, was very confusing and misinformation or delay from the mortgage broker side could have been very costly to me.
