ACC Jewellers Ltd customer feedbacks 1.One of the worst experiences at ACC Jeweler. I bought gold king. I wore it for 2-3 days and was broken and one stone fell. I went back to exchange it. I selected a smaller pair of studs with the same weight and asked for £370. This was when the owner told me I should pay £150-£200 more for making charges. This is unacceptable when the jewelry quality was so poor that it broke within days. Very disappointed with the quality. Do not recommend this store.2.I went to this jewelry store and the customer service was exceptional. Their staff guided me in every step, helping me choose what I want. Their prices were fair and the quality was amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable and amazing jewelry.3.Amazing store!!! The customer service is excellent i felt very welcoming in the store !! Harnoor did pretty good job guiding me it was my first time buying gold and i trusted her with everything! She is so sweet and kind️ would recommend acc for everyone4.First of all, they do not deserve even a single star. The staff is so rude and arrogant, especially the girl. She lacks manners and serving customers. My husband bought me the earrings and it broke even before I had a chance to try it. He went back to exchange it the next day and they were arguing that they will only refund me the half price of what he bought. Which does not make sense because even I did not try it. Even though, we were not asking for a refund we were asking for an exchange. Then we went ahead and bought a ring with more additional charges and they suggested us to engrave with our initials and they did a horrible job as you can see. I do not know why you gave us suggestion for engraving when you do not have the proper equipments. Instead of admitting the mistake, the girl was showing attitude and she was like this is only how we do it. Teach your staff how to behave and respect customers. It is not the first time we are buying gold. It was just our bad luck that we did not check the reviews before coming to this store as i can see there is plenty of negative reviews about customer service and bad quality. Instead of accepting and improving, they are still arguing in the review, then how can customers expect good customer service in the store.5.I had a great experience with ACC Jewelers! Their team was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me and special thanks to harman and seerat. Whether it was answering my questions, providing expertise, or just being patient and friendly throughout the process, they really made me feel like a valued customer.
