I have used Kim on 5 real estate transactions and they executed flawlessly. I recently tried a notary on Vancouver Island and will never stray from Kim and her team again. Kim even helped me answer questions for items that this other Notary did wrong showing that she will go above and beyond Kim actually cares to do the "right thing" and that is rare these days.
