Most of the customers had Zoo good things to share about the services and experience they had, most cited how knowledgable and professional staff was that, the also explained recommendations for any service work. This includes the proffesionalism and how they are in in depth in overview and communication. A few reviews made recommendations based on how immediate interventions were in reception, fast, and done professionally. One client was happy and felt that them sorting his truck felt like it had redeemd his week since he got better services at an affordable price, they concluded by thanking Zach for the help he had offered. Many of the customers talked about the shop being having good customer service and recommendatios and said that it was the best car repair shop for Toyota cars and would stick to it next time they went for any mechanical work. The price was affordable and all the reccommendations they had had stated that the reviews were reliable.

Unhappy with the service fee charged for my STI oil change and inspection. I have been customer since 2019.and have been coming in for oil change and inspection services and have paid different prices over the years. $111(2019),$130(2020,$158((2021,$170(2022) and $282(2023) for the same services. I think 15-20% change in price makes sense due to inflation and higher costs however paying $282 in 2023 compared to $170 in 2022 came as a surprise. I have checked with Subaru service centre and they are charging$170 for the same services.I would have appreciated if I was notified of this massive increase in price while booking the appointment or when I checked in my car for this service.
