Unhappy with the service fee charged for my STI oil change and inspection.
I have been customer since 2019.and have been coming in for oil change and inspection services and have paid different prices over the years. $111(2019),$130(2020,$158((2021,$170(2022) and $282(2023) for the same services.
I think 15-20% change in price makes sense due to inflation and higher costs however paying $282 in 2023 compared to $170 in 2022 came as a surprise. I have checked with Subaru service centre and they are charging$170 for the same services.I would have appreciated if I was notified of this massive increase in price while booking the appointment or when I checked in my car for this service.
