iCANTAX-U.S.-CA -Cross Border Tax Customer reviews highlights: Star score= 5 stars for Icantax this is heavily influenced. Do not recommend Seran (2025) who did my taxes. Not responsive. Not reliable. Zero sense of ownership towards clients. His filings go for review and then he doesn't take ownership to respond despite asking for help. Now I have collections waiting on me. Definitely cheaper but then you get what you pay for. I have similar feedback from my colleague too who referred me to Seran. We both now switched to a more reliable service provider. Our tax situation is quite complex, involving both U.S. and Canadian resident and non-resident filings, and Seran and his team handled everything with a high level of professionalism and expertise. They are very knowledgeable and detail-oriented, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We also really appreciated how accessible they were — whenever we had questions, whether by phone or email, they were always patient and clear in their explanations. They are reliable, efficient, and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. We would highly recommend Seran and his team to anyone who needs tax return services, especially for U.S. and Canada cross-border returns.
