Not reliable. Zero sense of ownership towards clients. His filings go for review and then he doesn't take ownership to respond despite asking for help. Now I have collections waiting on me. Definitely cheaper but then you get what you pay for. I have similar feedback from my colleague too who referred me to Seran. We both now switched to a more reliable service provider. Our tax situation is quite complex, involving both U.S. and Canadian resident and non-resident filings, and Seran and his team handled everything with a high level of professionalism and expertise. They are very knowledgeable and detail-oriented, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We also really appreciated how accessible they were — whenever we had questions, whether by phone or email, they were always patient and clear in their explanations.
