New Vision Society

New Vision Society is a registered Assisted Living program facility that is a licensed. Our program has certified and compassionate professionals who are committed to assisting people with chemical dependence. We have an Alcohol and Drug Counsellor on staff. Our goal is to have the individual adapt and become more productive and happy in society while living in our homes. Our homes are monitored 24 hours per day in compliance with Assisted Living regulations. Our team is in close contact with Probation Officers and Bail Supervisors and also the local Police Department. All infractions or breaches are immediately reported to the Probation Officers and local Police Department. We accept self-referrals and Conditional Sentence Ors and Bail Orders. We also accept the Electronic Monitoring Program. Our program uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the 12-Step Program. We concentrate on unresolved loss and grief, anger management, boundary problems, codependency problems, and relapse prevention. New Vision has no mandatory time limit. New intakes found to be detoxing, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs throughout pick-up from Jails and Pretrial Centres will not be admitted and their Bed Confirmation might be cancelled.
