The Phoenix Society was established in 1992 as a non-profit and now operates a charity. We seek to cultivate partnerships and enhance community capacity. Our treatment produces genuine, sustainable results by addressing people in their entirety. It aims at healing and restoration through the establishment and maintenance of healthy relationships. It also helps clients recognize and develop their unique strengths and resilience. Phoenix Multicultural Community Servies is a place associated with exuberating hope, positivity, recovery and new beginnings. The residents provide a clear picture of how they are grateful for their life changed by the new happy present day at the centre. From the support, guidance and hope got, they are sharing the goodness present at this place. With the understanding of the resource impacts and environment changes, thus creating new opportunities to live a new sober life. In all the experiences they have understood life from their peers' stories and recovered from depressions and anxiety. Even the nutrition and shared cooking responsibilities built a positive culture at the centre. Combined with Tammy's kind of respect and care for clients, every resident feels considered and valued. However, the centre needs a structured client-discipline approach, where the residents follow the program guidelines; therefore, accountability is needed. But overall, the Phoenix Multicultural Community Servies is a place of grace, hope, and light for those on the dark path.
