Athena Law was established by Sonali Sharma after realizing the need for more affordable “unbundled” legal services, especially in Family Law (out of court) and Wills and Estates. Sonali's greatest strength is her ability to communicate with people. She works with clients and her referral network to deliver services tailored to each client. Sonali believes in collaboration. She acknowledges that family, estates, and inheritance problems require more than just legal help. Sonali uses a holistic approach that works. She isn't a typical lawyer. Sonali grew up in a small town and is the daughter of coal miners. She has a passion for social justice and a pragmatic side. Sonali finished her articles with the Ministry of Justice and a firm in Northern B.C.
