I placed an order for a brush, expecting it to arrive by mail, but unfortunately, I never received it. On top of that, I didn't even get the standard postal card to pick up the package. I've reached out multiple times to the company, hoping to get some clarification, but I never received any responses or solutions.
This was meant to be a gift for my daughter, and now I’m left with no gift and no refund. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially as this was my first time ordering from them. Poor customer service, no accountability, and no resolution. It's safe to say that neither I nor my friends will be doing business with this company in the future.
