This was the reason some appreciated how their purchases almost transformed their home workstations. Customer service was next level at Chairlines, with comments about individual employees who were excellent, patient, knowledgeable and helpful, making the purchasing experience so easy. The same staff could listen and recommend furniture that the customer had not thought about that eventually satisfied their desires. Delivery was timely, and the return and exchange policy was adequate in addition to having a showroom to try out the furniture on sale. Hence, there was an allusion to this in the gold star they rated the store. Some complaints about shipping delays were only a minor concern considering that the quality is superior and the furniture found here are better than what most other stores in the market offer at the moment. It was generally rated as a good experience for most, especially if you need to buy ergonomic furniture.
