The owner and creator of Chic Lash Boutique is Tiffany Nguyen. For over ten years, Nguyen has specialized in Lash extensions. She is a Russian Volume technique expert. She received the 2019 Worldwide Beauty and PMU Festival's 1st Place Award for Best Lash Technician. After working at three of Vancouver's most prominent boutiques as a top employee, Tiffany launched Chic Lash Boutique. Her wish was to open a salon.
