Worst experience ever! Their person showed up late to every zoom meeting. Failed to tell us they were going to bill us 17 thousand dollars for a 44 page poorly written Digital adoption report. They appear to have just provided generic information without thoughtful recommendation. Billed us $17,000 for this. Downplayed a lot of information and was not upfront from the start – I was under the belief we would receive a $15,000 grant to help us with digital adoption and we would pay $1600 for their services – no bill was provided upfront and only at the end did we find out that they take the $15,000. When giving the company a chance to recorrect or own up to what they did, they told me “They will add my recommendations to their report” So basically, they gave me a dud report, then asked that I complete my own report to my liking, they will retype it and send it back as their own…They personally believe the value in their report as the artist is worth $17,000. It is no use to our company and is what we already know – they typed the information that we gave them…..Then returned with generic answers. I brought up my issues several times and was not taken seriously, I was told “It doesn’t really matter, if you sign here you will qualify for the 15000 grant.” They saw NO ISSUES with their behavior.
