I was looking at offroad insurance for my atv and both agencies in Port Coquitlam were poor/bad! One never called back as promised for two days and the other one told me basically to go back to my old place of insurance. Terrible service or pehaps knowledge? R.S.

Doubled quote at closing and didn't actually get us fire insurance. Allan (Al) at the Peachland branch emailed me a great quote for house insurance around 2 months before closing but told me to talk to him within 30 days of closing to make sure everything was good. So I called him then and he told me that everything was great. Then 25 days later he called as we were walking into the lawyers office to sign papers to say "Oops the quote has doubled". Needless to say a year later when it came time to renew we went elsewhere and discovered that he had also lied on the paperwork so best case scenario we would have had to pay thousands of dollars if our house burnt down but the insurance company could have refused to give us any money even though Allan was the one who didn't do his job and fill out the paperwork correctly.

The staff at this location and many others have served me for decades in the Okanagan. They've always been great and still are. Due to a complete foul up with email not coming through, I thought I was being ignored and got mistakingly upset and gave a bad review which I now want to apologize for, and fix, if possible. I should not have assumed that no response meant I was being ignored and the problem with the missing emails is likely my own with my spam filter issues while out of the country. So I apologize Rupinder, Tammy, and especially Heike, for getting things way wrong and thank you for getting things clarified and on track again. Please accept my apologies and forgive me for letting electronics cause an upset that just wasn't the case. You are all great! 5 Star!
