this is my story, i call this company to have an appointment for our sink clogged and had a water leaking. the plumber come and check the sink, my family member told to the plumber about what is going on, anyway im not there because i have work at that time. but the plumber just insisted that my sink is ok, what he did he used his vacuum for 5mins and done, and i paid 249 dollars for that. all i thought is done and my sink is unclogged already, but after several days our sink is clogged again and the water overflow and started leaking. i call his office to inform them about what he done, but they want me to pay again for another 249 for checking. this is crazy, and the other interesting story is the plumber reported to his office about what he done, he stated to his report that he removed the debris inside the sink.. my question is how can he removed the debris on that my sink had screen on it and he never removed the screen or pipe. he just do vacuum and that's it. so anyway bad experience for us..
