Buyers beware! We paid 10k and 4 years later we have nothing to show for it... and for our money back? Not a penny. Hire them in May of 2018 submitted in when they guaranteed us that the Visa would be approved it was rejected in 2019 reapplied after they advised us to which took over a year bc the original assistant didn't do it properly. Finally submitted in March of 2021 which was rejected bc it was submitted to the wrong department. They were advised to resubmit it. Over the next two years I asked, emailed, followed up kept getting told that they were reaching out and there was no information In March of 2023, we contacted service Canada ourselves and they informed us that it had been closed in may of 2021 bc is was not submitted properly. My visa source was given an opportunity to prove that they had 'resubmitted' it but didn't provide any evidence to service Canada. After a conference call between my visa and service Canada it was proven that my visa had in fact not done their job. When asked for a reimbursement they stated that they had already spent above and beyond on their end of the contract and would not offer any reimbursement.

It s very bad service and incompetent staffs. Do anything to Keep away from this man named Harley jade Jensen. He constantly losing my documents, caused my police paper even expired, I am looking for compensation for my time and energy, it really sucks ! All I want is return my money. Negligent company. Unprepared, impolite and disorganized professionals. I will tell our story so you can understand who this company is and not fall for the same scam as us. In February of this year, my husband, his partner and his wife got in touch with MysourceVisa to do the immigration process through the ITC transfer. Our first contact was with Angel, who we believe to be the business attractor in Vancouver. Angel explained the visa to us and said the process was simple and fast. In three months we would have the Visa in hand. Ok, we closed the deal and paid CAD 15,500.00 per couple. We were transferred to Marc Remmling with whom we only had contact when we closed the deal and only 01 time, and then he never answered us or returned. The other person responsible for our process was Catherine Castaños, an unprepared, disorganized, inefficient and impolite professional. We wrote several emails that were never answered, either responded with screenshots or responded with impoliteness. We have been in this process for 9 months with myvisasource. Unfortunately, until now they have not applied for our immigration. During this period we opened a company here in Canada, where we are having to pay for telephone, suite and Accounting Manager. To complete our revolt now in December we will have to leave Canada because our visitor visa expires. I hope this story opens other people's eyes so they do not fall into the same blow as us. The next action we will be taking is to seek a lawyer to recover our money and file a formal complaint about the company to Immigration Canada so that it does not continue to deceive other people.
