History of NSDA Architects NSDA Architects is a Vancouver-based company that was created in 1976. Our firm was founded on the principle of personal service, teamwork, quality and the effective delivery of client projects. NSDA has received the Lieutenant Governor's Award six times. Our diverse portfolio of projects, which includes various budgets, scopes, and complexities, allows us to thrive creatively and professionally. Broad Approach to Architecture Our company embraces a broad approach to architecture. NSDA endeavours to broaden its architectural experience by accepting a variety of projects across the province. These projects can vary in scope, complexity, budget, and client requirements. Regardless of the type of commission, we aim to offer a fresh perspective on each project and facilitate the exchange of ideas across different types of projects. Our projects include high-rise residential and mixed-use residential buildings as well as commercial, civic, and community buildings.
