Pender House

Established in 1989, Sanford Housing Society has completed and operates 23 supported housing initiatives at various stages of development in the Lower Mainland. These projects are inclusive, involving the collaboration of government agencies, private developers, and other housing-related non-profit groups. The society manages over 500 housing units for individuals with mental health or addiction issues and collaborates with numerous service agencies..subscriptions.
