All 3 plants I ordered died during shipping because they didn't insulate the box or add a heat pack even though they say every winter order comes with an insulated box. They packed it like a local delivery with a piece of paper around the plants secured by an elastic, then shipped it across country. They even stapled through the calathea leaf which proves they don't care about what they are doing. The response I got is sorry your plants endured a cold journey here's your money back. Pathetic.
After waiting forever for my plants they came not only dead but crispy dead... I waited months and months for a product to come back in stock to get the same plants Noone even kept me in the loop so instead asked for a refund on a different card as I don't have my old debit and she just put it through anyway.. unbelievably horrible company and the plants weren't near the size I ordered either but that's to be expected I guesd
First, it took slightly longer than expected to deliver due to high volume of orders atm. What was truly concerning however was that I was not notified when plants arrived at doorstep while they sat for however long, possibly up to 2 hours, in a blizzard. I was happy to read that they would package with heat pack, but I did not find one. Finally, upon opening, I found the heavy bottle of fertilizer placed on top of one of the plants. For now, my plants look okay, but worried I'll be dealing with consequences of frost or damage...
Unfortunately, my order arrived dead - Plantsome suspects due to improper packaging and frozen plants en route. These things happen, so I was happy to wait for them to be able to replace the order once they were able to, understanding that there had been a massive influx of orders during the Black Friday weekend.
Unfortunately, they have sold out of the plants that they I purchased, and they refuse to wait until there is stock to be able to replace the order. I had purchased 4 rescue plants, and they say that they have stopped stocking rescue plants and will not replace those at all, only provide me with store credit in the value of the rescue plants (which evidently does not go very far...).
I informed them that I would be happy to wait until they had the appropriate stock and they have refused and will offer me only a refund or nothing. I just want the plants that I ordered. Very disappointed.
